Notes:

This is the deck with which Alex won Flashpoint Finchley VIII. It is based on the classic Proving Ground/Pocket Demon combo for power generation and uses the big hitting Things, Queens and Twins to win. The Lotus faction provides plenty of denial to shut down the other players while the Monarchs provide good defensive cards to protect the big hitters. Tight, fast and very effective.
Alex is our youngest tournament winner. He is a descendant of the Prussian Junker aristocracy and this gives him a natural confidence which comes across as arrogance in his posts here. In the flesh, he is cheerful and inoffensive - his personality is a diplomatic asset not a liability. In the past, he has played only Architects and this made him a bit too predictable. Now that he is developing strong decks of this kind for the other factions, he will be a player to watch ...
